inLab CAD/CAM Materials Function & Esthetics

Both requirements are satisfied in full by Dentsply Sirona with its inLab CAD SW, inLab materials and the inLab MC X5 and inLab MC XL production units. With these, it is possible to make customized restorations for all permanent prosthetic tasks with high patient satisfaction.
The CEREC Blocs C, CEREC Blocs PC and CEREC Blocs C In consist of a finely structured feldspar ceramic material which is biocompatible and resembles natural tooth enamel with regard to shading, strength and abrasion resistance. Thanks to the outstandingly fine structures and the sophisticated manufacturing process, restorations made of these materials can be placed immediately after milling and polishing.
Zirconium oxide is a high-performance ceramic, which has established itself in dental applications as digital dental production technologies become ever more widely accepted. The frameworks of partly sintered ceramic are milled oversized and shrink to their final size during the sintering process. At the same time, they assume their desired properties, such as high density, mechanical strength and perfect fit.
