They are experts from all fields, who are able to provide the best and most reliable service with their knowledge and experience. So where does this reliability start?
A dental instrument which we receive today can, ideally, be returned to the customer tomorrow. From providing the cost estimate, it normally takes between 24 and maximum 48 hours until the instrument is once again ready for use. The undeniable advantage for the dentist: They can start working again with their instrument after just a short period of time.

Reliability expresses itself in the transparency and availability of our dedicated staff. These ensure that the instrument service center remains a truly reliable partner over the entire repair procedure.
Up to 30 instruments a day are assessed, repaired and tested according to stipulated regulations. Until the tester gives his personal seal of approval, attention is still paid to the smallest detail in various processes – without compromises.
Types of testing
For example, the spray water and spray air flow, speed and power consumption of the contra-angle handpieces are checked.
Operating noises are tested. The instrument passes the test if the tester would allow themselves to be treated while subjected to this noise.
At the end of the day, you guarantee with your own name that the product is in perfect condition when it leaves the company.
